The problem we kept seeing

Facilities and maintenance teams are among the most operationally sophisticated groups in any organisation, and among the worst served by software. The market splits into two unhelpful halves: enterprise asset management platforms that take eighteen months and a consultant to deploy, and lightweight ticketing tools that stop being useful the moment you own more than one building.

Neither reflects how the work is done. A school district facilities director is running work orders, community rentals, a bus fleet, an energy budget and a twenty-year capital plan, usually with a team of nine. Those things are not separate problems and they should not be separate systems.

What we decided to build

One platform on one asset spine, with modules you can adopt at the pace your team can absorb. A mobile experience designed for someone wearing gloves in a mechanical room, not for a product screenshot. Reporting that traces back to individual records, because facilities leaders get challenged on their numbers in a way most departments do not.

And an implementation practice that treats going live as the beginning rather than the finish line. We measure our own success by weekly active technicians ninety days after launch. It is the only number that predicts whether a deployment survives.

How we operate

We are very small - small enough that you will deal directly with the person who writes the software. That is the honest trade you are making: no account manager, no 24/7 support rota, and no certifications yet, in exchange for a product that changes in the direction you push it and someone who answers the phone.
