What people ask before switching.
Most can be compelled to under contract, and we will help you make that request. Where an export genuinely is not possible, we can work from database extracts, reports or even structured screen exports. We have not yet met a system we could not get data out of.
We usually recommend all asset and PM data, plus two to three years of work history. Older history can be archived to CSV rather than loaded, since it rarely gets queried and it slows the migration down.
Yes, and most teams do for two to four weeks. New work goes into Maintenov while the old system stays readable, so nothing is lost during the transition.
