What we collect

Account information you provide when creating a workspace, including name, work email, organisation and role.

Operational data you enter into the product, such as work orders, assets, locations, inventory records and attachments.

Technical data generated automatically, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers and usage events.

How we use it

To provide, secure and support the service, including authentication, backups, troubleshooting and customer support.

To communicate about the service - billing, incidents, changes and, where you have opted in, product updates.

To improve the product in aggregate. Customer operational data is never used to train machine learning models and is never shared between customers.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in the region selected at contract - Canada, the United States or the European Union - and does not leave that region, including backups.

Retention and deletion

Operational data is retained for the life of the account. Following termination, production data is deleted within thirty days and backup copies age out within ninety days.

You can export all of your data as CSV at any time from inside the product.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to the address below and are answered within thirty days.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of sub-processors for hosting, email delivery, error monitoring and payment processing. A current list is available on request and customers are notified before any addition.
