The questions you should be asking a new vendor.
A fair question to ask anyone this new. Your data is exportable in full at any time, and the platform runs on standard infrastructure rather than anything exotic. We would give notice and a full export rather than disappearing. Weigh that against what a large vendor charges you for the privilege of being a rounding error in their support queue.
Work Manager is built and in use - work orders, requests, assets, locations, the public request portal, team management and reporting. The other six modules are designed but not built. Every product page here says which is which, and the interactive demos show the intended design, not a shipped feature.
You should not, on faith. Start the free trial, put your own building data in it, and let your technicians use it for two weeks. That evidence is worth more than a testimonial from someone you have never met.
