Share one link and anyone - a teacher, a tenant, a shift manager - can report a problem in about thirty seconds. No account, no licence, no training. They get an email confirmation with a reference number.
The work board
Every job as a card across New, In progress, Needs review and Completed. Drag between columns to change status. Click any card for the full record.
Assignment and accountability
Assign work to any member of your team, with an activity trail on every job showing who changed what and when.
Assets and locations
A register of your buildings and equipment, with work orders attached to the asset they were raised against.
Team roles
Invite people by email as an admin, a technician or a free requester. They set their own password from the invitation.
Live operations summary
Open work, high-priority count, overdue count and completed totals, recalculated as the board changes.

New team members get a branded email with a single-use link to set their own password. It expires in 72 hours.

Every Monday, administrators receive created, completed, still-open and overdue figures for the previous seven days.
Password reset
Self-service reset by email, with links that expire in two hours and can only be used once.
Search
Filter the board instantly by title or reference number.
Audit trail
Sign-ins, failed sign-ins, invitations and record changes are recorded with actor, timestamp and IP address.

Preventive maintenance scheduling
Recurring service triggered by date, runtime or meter reading. This is the single most requested thing on our list and the next one we intend to build.
Mobile application
The web app is responsive and works on a phone browser, but there is no native app and no offline mode yet.
Automatic routing rules
Assignment is manual today. Rule-based routing by trade, building and workload is designed but not implemented.
Inspections and checklists
Repeatable task lists with pass/fail steps and automatic follow-up work.
Cost tracking and custom dashboards
Labour and parts cost roll-ups, and dashboards you configure yourself. Today you get the fixed summary figures described above.
CSV import and export, and the API
We will import your data by hand for you in the meantime, and export it on request. Self-service and the REST API are not built.

The first two groups above are built and you can verify every item during the free trial. The third group is not. We list it because a feature page that hides its gaps wastes your evaluation time and ours.
No, and they never will. Requester accounts and the public request portal are unlimited and free on every plan. You pay only for the technicians and administrators who work inside the system.
It works in a phone browser and the layout adapts properly. There is no native app and no offline mode yet, so a technician in a basement with no signal cannot currently close a job.
Yes, but manually for now. Send us your asset and location list in a spreadsheet and we will load it for you at no charge. Ask for an export at any time and you will get it. Self-service import and export are being built.
