Tell us what you run. We send back a real number.

Two things set the price, and neither of them is how badly you need it. No discovery call before you get a figure.

  • Paid seats Managers and technicians. The only number that moves the price.
  • Buildings Each one can have its own intake address and its own board.
  • Requesters Everyone who only reports problems. Free, unlimited, never counted.

One building, under twenty seats? You do not need this form. That price is already published - $14 per user per month. Start the trial instead.

A person reads this and replies within one business day. No drip sequence, and no qualification call before you get a number.

What happens after you press send

Step 1

One business day

A written reply from a person, with a price for your seat count and your buildings. Not a calendar link.

Step 2

A workspace, if you want one

Set up with your own buildings and asset types rather than sample data, so you are judging your own backlog.

Step 3

A migration plan either way

What moving off your current system would actually involve, in writing. Yours to keep whether or not you buy.

Questions people ask before they ask for a price

Free is $0 for up to three paid seats, with no card and no expiry. Team is $14 per user per month billed annually, or $18 month to month. Multi-site is quoted, which is what this form is for. Only managers and technicians are paid seats - the people who report problems are free and unlimited on every plan.

No, on any plan, and there is no cap. They can also report by forwarding an email or opening a link without an account at all, in which case there is nothing to count. This is the single biggest gap between what a maintenance system costs on paper and what it costs once everybody is on it.

Only if they need work assigned to them in the system, which makes them a technician seat. A contractor who just needs to be kept informed can be added as a follower on a job using nothing but their email address - no account, no seat, no charge.

None. No onboarding fee, no implementation package, no per-module charge. Help moving your existing data across is part of the price, and you get a written migration plan whether or not you end up buying.

Yes. Month to month is $18 per user instead of $14, and you can cancel at any time. That difference is the only thing an annual commitment buys - there is no feature hidden behind it.

Card, or an invoice paid by bank transfer on annual plans. Billing is handled by a person rather than a self-serve portal, which at our size is faster - if you need a PO number, a named billing contact or a particular invoice format, ask and you will get it.

Monthly is month to month. Annual is twelve months. Neither renews at a higher price without you agreeing to it first, and your data can be exported at any point, including after you leave.

Yes, at any point, charged pro rata for the rest of the term. Removing a seat takes effect at your next renewal. Nothing is locked to the number you start with.

Email support answered the next business day on Team, and a named contact on Multi-site. Support is the people who build the product, because there are not yet enough of us for it to be anybody else.

Not yet. Maintenov is a new company in Montreal and has no cooperative contracts in place. If your organisation buys through one, say so below and we will tell you honestly whether we can work with it.

Maintenov it.

Or skip the form entirely.
